Return and Refund Policy
Our return policy is valid for 30 days. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, possibly in the original packaging.

Some types of goods are exempt from returns (gift cards and sale items).

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll send you an email to notify you that we've received your item. We'll also notify you whether your refund has been approved or denied.

If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain number of days.

Late or missing refunds
If you haven't received a refund yet, check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time for the refund to be officially posted.

Changes
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange them for the same item, please email us at bottega@arte-del-vino.it


Return shipping
To return your product, you should ship it to: Bottega dell'Arte del Vino, via Gustavo Fara, 25 - 20124 Milan.
You will be responsible for paying for the return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to arrive may vary.

If you're shipping an item valued at more than €75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don't guarantee we'll receive your returned item.
