Description:

As described by the producer, "Straw yellow with greenish highlights. The nose is an alternation of white flowers and yellow-fleshed fruit, slightly balsamic, with notes of pear. A strong mineral note accompanies the finish. On the palate, it is tasty and stimulating, soft, and structured. A strong savory character."

Vinification in steel preserves its delicate, aromatic, herbaceous and acidic freshness, making it perfect with raw fish, vegetables and fish-based first courses.
