Description:

From Montepulciano d'Abruzzo grapes, maceration is limited to just a few hours to produce Cerasuolo Superiore, an intense rosé with subtle aromas of rowan, cherry, pomegranate, and wild roses. With a great mineral freshness, versatile, and fruity, it pairs perfectly with pasta dishes, fish soups, and white meats.

The company was founded by Enzo Pasquale with the family vineyards where he was born and raised, in an area, between Raiano and Prezza, recognized as the birthplace of Montepulciano, excellent for its low humidity and considerable ventilation.
