Description:

It reveals a deep, luminous ruby ​​red and captivates the nose with intense notes of cherry, raspberry, blackberry, blueberry, and rose, along with fresh spice and a hint of licorice. The wild berries also dominate the palate, perfectly balanced with the silky tannins that enhance its substantial structure. It pairs excellently with game, venison, and grilled red meats.

An excellent version of the typical French grape variety that for centuries has found ideal conditions in Alto Adige to best express itself, Manincor's Mason is grown on a 4-hectare parcel of old vines at an altitude of over 400 meters, facing south, on sandy soils rich in gravel. The cool, temperate climate with significant temperature variations always ensures optimal ripening. The recent biodynamic and vegan certification is also not to be overlooked.
