A welcome return to the historic tradition of absinthe, following recipes dating back to the 19th century, the spirit's heyday. Production follows the traditional method, which involves the distillation of a blend of herbs dominated by Artemisia absinthium, from which absinthe takes its name. The production process begins with the maceration of the main herbs, including wormwood, green anise, fennel, and other aromatic herbs kept as a secret recipe. Distillation takes place in copper stills, where the alcoholic vapors pass through a basket containing the most delicate herbs, enriching them with their essential oils. No artificial colors or sugars are added.
