Description:

Deep ruby ​​red in color, it offers intense aromas of black fruit, black pepper, and characteristic balsamic notes of eucalyptus, typical of Australian Shiraz. On the palate, it reveals full body and a strong structure, with ripe tannins and a distinctive concentration of fruit. The finish is long and persistent. It pairs perfectly with grilled meats, especially traditional Australian barbecue, game dishes, and aged cheeses.

The coastal region of Southeast Australia is renowned for its Shiraz production thanks to its Mediterranean climate and ancient, iron-rich soils. The warm, dry climate, tempered by ocean influences, allows for perfect grape ripening. Vinification involves a long, temperature-controlled maceration and 18 months of aging in a combination of French and American barriques, with a 30% percentage of new oak.
