Broker's is a traditional London Dry Gin produced using classic English methods in an ancient distillery in the heart of England. The recipe uses 10 traditional botanicals from around the world, infused for 24 hours in a pure spirit derived from a previous quadruple distillation and then distilled for the fifth time in a copper still over 200 years old. The multiple distillation process gives the gin exceptional purity and smoothness. The bottle is recognizable by the small bowler hat adorning the cap, a tribute to the City's brokers.
