Artisanal white vermouth produced in small batches by the historic Chinati Vergano company, founded in Asti in 1930 by Virgilio Vergano. Today, led by Luca Vergano, the company continues to produce vermouth and liqueurs following ancient family recipes, with the same rigorously artisanal approach.

This vermouth is made by macerating a blend of Alpine herbs, spices, and citrus fruits in a Piedmontese white wine base, primarily Moscato d'Asti. The recipe, jealously guarded by the family, includes Roman wormwood, gentian, cinchona, elderflower, and citrus peel among its key botanicals, without the addition of artificial flavors or colorings, unlike most commercial products. After maceration and filtration, the vermouth is left to rest for several months before bottling, to allow the flavors to blend.
