Description:

Straw yellow in color with greenish highlights, it offers notes of tropical fruit, citrus, and delicate hints of vanilla. On the palate, it is fresh and mineral, with a good structure and a balance between acidity and smoothness. The finish is lingering with citrus notes. Ideal with grilled fish, shellfish, and fresh cheeses. It also pairs well with Chilean fusion cuisine and avocado-based dishes.

The vineyards are located in the Casablanca Valley, an area renowned for its white wines thanks to the influence of the Pacific Ocean, which ensures moderate temperatures and excellent temperature ranges. Vinification includes soft pressing and fermentation partly in stainless steel and partly in French oak barrels. A portion of the wine undergoes malolactic fermentation and ages on the fine lees for several months.
