Description:

An intense ruby ​​red with purple highlights, it offers a complex bouquet of ripe red fruits, black pepper, and balsamic notes, with subtle hints of eucalyptus typical of the area. On the palate, it displays a strong structure with ripe and balanced tannins, supported by a pleasant freshness. The finish is persistent with hints of red fruits and spices. It pairs excellently with grilled red meats, game, and aged cheeses. It is particularly suited to traditional Chilean dishes such as asado and cazuela.

Haras de Pirque, an Antinori Group winery in Chile, is located in the Maipo Valley at 650 meters above sea level. The vineyards, planted on volcanic soil, benefit from an ideal microclimate characterized by significant temperature variations. Vinification involves careful grape selection, temperature-controlled fermentation in stainless steel, and 12 months of aging in French barriques. The final blend is made after a careful selection of the finest barrels.
