An exceptional Cognac, the personal selection of Jean Drouet, seventh generation of the family. Produced exclusively from hand-picked Ugni Blanc grapes from Grande Champagne, it is aged in small Limousin oak barrels for over 25 years, endowing it with complex notes of dried fruit, vanilla, and spices, as well as an elegant and lingering finish. Slow and meticulous distillation in traditional stills preserves the grapes' most delicate aromas.
