A refined blend of cognacs from the Grande and Petite Champagne regions, with a predominance of the former. Aged for at least 15 years in French oak barrels, it is characterized by a balance of fruity and spicy notes. The Mercier distillery, founded in 1889, still uses the original 25hl copper stills, maintaining traditional production methods.
