1. September 17, 8:00 PM – Introduction to tasting – Historical introduction and visual, olfactory, and gustatory analysis, plus notes on distillation.
September 24, 8:00 PM – White and Rosé Wines – Freshness, Minerality, and White Winemaking
October 1st, 8:00 PM – Red Wines – Structure, Tannins, and Aging Methods
October 8 - 8:00 PM - Sparkling and Sweet Wines - From Secondary Fermentation to Drying - Classic Method, Charmat, and Fortification Techniques
October 15, 8:00 PM – Pairings and Service – The Rules (and When to Break Them) for Perfect Food and Wine Weddings
Each lesson lasts approximately an hour and a half and includes the tasting of 3 wines.
