Made from the pomace of Müller Thurgau grapes grown above 500 meters in the Trentino valleys, where the altitude gives the grapes a distinctive aromatic richness. Distillation occurs slowly in small batches using pot stills, a process that preserves the characteristic varietal aromas. The fractions are separated manually, using the master distiller's experience. On the nose, it impresses with intense notes of white flowers, sage, and yellow-fleshed fruits, particularly peach and apricot. The elegant structure strikes a perfect balance between smoothness and aromatic freshness, culminating in a long, distinctive finish.
