It is produced from select pomace of Trentino Aromatic Traminer, harvested and distilled immediately to preserve the intense aromatic character of this grape variety. The particularly slow and delicate distillation process takes place in traditional bain-marie stills with a precise selection of the core of the distillate. The bouquet is intense and distinctive, with notes of damask rose, lychee, pink grapefruit, and sweet spices. On the palate, it is soft and enveloping, with a complex structure that evolves from fruity notes to a long, aromatic and spicy finish.
