Description:

Straw yellow in color with bright golden highlights and very fine, rapid bubbles. On the nose, notes of yellow fruit and butter complemented by citrus notes. On the palate, it is enveloping and rounded, almost creamy, yet fresh and with great depth, delicate minerality, and a silky finish. Ideal with raw seafood and fish appetizers, but also delicious with more substantial first courses.

It is sold in its distinctive gold-coated bottle, in a precious velvet bag, just like a jewel.
