Description:

It appears straw yellow with golden highlights and a very fine perlage. It is very complex on the nose, with notes of ripe white fruit, citrus, and an elegant minerality, enriched by nuances of bread crust and toasted hazelnuts. On the palate, it is dry and vibrant, characterized by a particular expressive purity thanks to the lack of dosage. The structure is imposing yet refined, with a long, minerally finish.

Maison Autréau-Lasnot, located in the heart of the Montagne de Reims, boasts a winemaking tradition dating back to 1670. The family directly manages 30 hectares of vineyards, primarily classified as Premier and Grand Cru, using traditional methods passed down from generation to generation. This Blanc de Noirs represents the purest expression of the house's Premier and Grand Cru vineyards, vinified exclusively from Pinot Noir grapes from the Montagne de Reims. The absence of dosage allows the character of the terroir and the complexity of the grape variety to be fully enhanced.
