A bright salmon pink in the glass with a fine, persistent perlage, it offers a bouquet of fresh red fruits, particularly strawberry and raspberry, with notes of brioche and a subtle hint of spice. On the palate, it is fresh and balanced, with a lovely minerality and an elegant structure that concludes with a long, persistent finish reminiscent of the Premier and Grand Cru wines of the Montagne de Reims. Excellent as an aperitif or paired with fish and shellfish dishes.
