Bright straw yellow with a fine and persistent perlage, it offers an aromatic profile of green apple, candied citrus, brioche, and white flowers, with a mineral undertone and light hints of yeast and spice. On the palate, it is dry and vibrant, characterized by a remarkable expressive purity thanks to the low dosage. The structure is elegant and well-defined, with a fresh and very mineral finish and a light aftertaste of dried fruit.

Parcelle 181 represents one of the house's most prestigious expressions: it comes from a single historic parcel farmed according to organic principles and located in the Grand Cru of Ludes, in the Montagne de Reims, where the house, founded by Victor Canard and Léonie Duchêne, has been based since 1868 and has over time developed a unique expertise in producing low-dosage champagne. This vineyard, characterized by a unique terroir with chalky and calcareous soils, produces Pinot Noir grapes of extraordinary quality that give the champagne a distinctive personality. Parcel-specific vinification and low dosage allow for the maximum expression of this exceptional terroir.
