Description:

It is a bright pale yellow in color, with a fine perlage. On the nose, it offers a broad aromatic bouquet: hints of white melon, flowers, strawberry tree, and pear, with a light strawberry note on the finish. On the palate, it is rounded and full-bodied, with a creamy, well-balanced texture, supported by a pleasant freshness.
Ideal for aperitifs, oysters, baked fish, sushi, Japanese dishes, and vegetarian cuisine, especially summer salads and savory pies. It also pairs beautifully with delicate cream desserts and fresh fruit.

Oh Oui! is produced in Bordeaux from Sauvignon Blanc grapes grown using the double Guyot system. Harvesting takes place early to maintain freshness. The must is vinified in stainless steel with cold pressing and subsequent pasteurization at 75°C in a thermal tunnel. This is not a simple dealcoholized wine, but a beverage designed to offer a complete, natural, and low-calorie (22 kcal per 100 ml) sensory experience.
