Description:

A deep pink color with ruby ​​highlights, the nose immediately reveals fruity notes of raspberry, strawberry, and cherry, accompanied by notes of Mediterranean scrubland and spices. On the palate, it displays above-average body and structure for rosés, with remarkable persistence and a beautiful balance between freshness and smoothness. The finish combines fruit and spice with an elegant mineral note. Excellent with medium-bodied Mediterranean dishes such as bouillabaisse, chicken Provençal, and lamb with herbs, it pairs well with pâtés and terrines, as well as medium-aged cheeses. Interesting with lightly spiced, exotic dishes such as chicken tagine and fish couscous.

Château d'Aqueria is a historic producer of Tavel, a Rhone Valley appellation dedicated exclusively to rosé wines, considered among the most structured and long-lived in France. The production method involves a brief cold maceration followed by temperature-controlled fermentation. The unique terroir of Tavel, with soils of pebbles, sand, and limestone, gives the wine its distinctive minerality and structure. The 2022 vintage, favored by a warm summer with good temperature ranges, produced an intense and well-balanced wine.
