Description:

It has a beautiful, deep amber color. On the nose, citrus and red pear notes blend with herbaceous hints of walnuts and hazelnuts. On the palate, it is pleasant and refined, with delicate acidity and a pleasant freshness, with undertones of vanilla and pepper. A typically fortified dessert wine, with the addition of alcohol to raise its ABV to 16 ° , it pairs excellent (as suggested on the label) with desserts made with apricot, orange, caramel, cinnamon, and coffee, but also with goat's cheese and foie gras.
