Straw yellow in color with golden highlights, the nose offers delicate aromas of flowers and yellow-fleshed fruit and green apple, with notes of butter, honey, and biscuits. On the palate, it is soft and fruity, balanced and subtle, very well-balanced.

De Venoge is a historic house located in the Epernay region of Champagne. It takes its name from the river that flows through the town of the same name, which gave rise to the custom of the knights of the ancient Order of the Holy Spirit to tie a blue cord around their waists. And it was from the belt of the most prestigious order of chivalry of the French monarchy that the name of the house's signature cuvée was derived in 1851; it is sold in its original wooden case.
