Description :

Straw yellow with golden-green highlights and a dense, creamy perlage in the glass, the nose immediately reveals fresh citrus and white floral aromas, with a delicate hint of honey. On the palate, the crisp yet pleasant acidity and intense, crystalline minerality are striking, making it suitable for long aging and pairing with appetizers, light fish dishes, and soft cheeses.

Among the tributes of the historic maison to the royal house, not only in the name but also in the bottle which recalls the shape of the decanter from which the aristocracy of the time used to serve themselves, a champagne of great refinement that comes only from Premiers and Grands Crus vineyards, with a 30% vin de réserve , aged for at least 5 years in the cellar before the brut dosage.
