Description :

Pale yellow with greenish and silvery highlights and a dense, creamy perlage in the glass, it boasts a remarkable aromatic breadth, primarily notes of ripe black fruit and currant, and an intense minerality. On the palate, it is very fresh and rounded, with good, balanced acidity, delicious and fruity, excellent with fish and poultry dishes and also suitable for long aging.

Among the tributes of the historic maison to the royal house, not only in the name but also in the bottle which recalls the shape of the decanter from which the aristocracy of the time used to serve themselves, a champagne of great refinement that comes only from Premiers and Grands Crus vineyards, with a 30% vin de réserve , aged for at least 5 years in the cellar before the brut dosage.
