Description:

A rosé with a creamy, ultra-fine perlage that already announces aromas of orange zest, gooseberry, and wild strawberry on the nose, and on the palate, it reaffirms all the fruity vivacity and the generous, complex freshness of its aroma, thanks also to the contribution of a portion of Les Riceys grapes. The savory flavor is extremely elegant, and the minerality is supported by a full body, overall balanced and with a delightful persistence. It pairs excellently with seafood tagliolini, as well as salmon and lobster dishes.

Known as one of the champagnes of choice for Sarah Bernhardt and the Countess of Ségur, the numerous awards it has won thus far only confirm its quality and excellence. Created to pay homage to the royal House of Orange, it is sold in the historic decanter bottle and its original box.
