Bright straw yellow with greenish highlights and a very fine perlage, the nose reveals elegant notes of white flowers, citrus, and green apple, with pleasant mineral and brioche nuances. On the palate, it is fresh and supple, with an extraordinary minerality typical of the Grand Crus of the Côte des Blancs. The structure is refined and balanced, with a long and persistent finish characterized by an elegant saline note.

Produced exclusively with Chardonnay grapes from the finest Grand Cru vineyards, this Blanc de Blancs represents the purest and most refined expression of the Delavenne house. The family, which has been operating in Bouzy since 1927, carefully selects grapes from its own vineyards to create a champagne that exalts the purity and elegance typical of the region's Grand Crus.
