Description:

A beautiful ruby ​​red in the glass, it expresses itself on the nose with an immediate and persistent fruity freshness (primarily blackcurrant, strawberry, and raspberry, but also black berries), which is equally dominant on the palate. Along with floral notes of geranium, hints of spice and undergrowth, and above all, smooth tannins, it constitutes its distinctive note. Structured, elegant, consistent, and delicious, it pairs perfectly with substantial dishes such as game, duck à l'orange, and grilled meats, as well as soft, mature cheeses. coq au vin and smoked, truffle-based and highly spiced dishes.

The historic Domaine, a pioneer of biodynamics in Burgundy, cultivates parcels with vines over 50 years old. Vinification takes place in wooden vats with indigenous yeasts and a long maceration. Aging continues in older barriques to respect the fruit and terroir.
