FRANCE Duband - Nuits St Georges 0,75L

To the eye it appears bright ruby ​​red, on the nose it immediately offers aromas of strawberry and red fruits, pepper and white flowers, on the palate it is very generous but balanced, with beautiful robust and silky tannins, good structure.

The grapes come from vineyards around 50 years old on the typical calcareous marl soils of the area. They are then harvested and selected strictly by hand and left to ferment, with 80% of the bunches being whole, for around 2 weeks, before being aged for 14 months in barrels, which is not followed by any filtration.

The David Duband house confirms its position as one of the most important in Burgundy, with its 17 hectares spread across 23 appellations, cultivated and vinified using organic farming methods.
