Description:

In the glass, a bright straw yellow with greenish highlights, it expresses intense notes of citrus, exotic fruit, and white flowers on the nose, with characteristic mineral and flint notes. On the palate, it is fresh and vibrant, with a lovely acidic tension balanced by fruity notes and a pronounced minerality. The finish is long and persistent, with an elegant return of citrus and saline notes.

This Sancerre comes from vineyards located on the appellation's renowned limestone and silex terroir. Vinification takes place in temperature-controlled steel tanks to preserve the freshness and purity of the fruit. Aging on the lees gives the wine complexity and structure, preserving the varietal character of Sancerre Sauvignon Blanc.
