Description:

It appears ruby ​​red in the glass, with notes of black cherry and licorice on the nose, along with pleasant hints of damp earth. On the palate, it is medium-bodied, with sweet tannins and balanced acidity. It pairs very well with all types of meat, including game (especially venison and chamois), but also with truffle-based dishes, mushrooms, and Asian cuisine.

Produced with a predominance of Cabernet Sauvignon, this wine originates from Saint-Julien in the central Médoc region, characterized by gravelly soil whose specificity is beautifully reflected in the wine. After initial maturation in temperature-controlled steel vats, it is left to mature in French oak barrels for at least a year.
