Description:

Pale straw yellow with a fine perlage, it offers notes of green apple, pear, and white flowers with hints of yeast on the nose. On the palate, it is fresh and immediate, with good effervescence and a clean finish with fruity aftertaste.

Produced by the Bréban family outside the Champagne region, this sparkling wine follows the Charmat method with fermentation in pressure tanks for approximately three months. The goal is to create a fresh and drinkable sparkling wine, preserving the typical characteristics of Chardonnay at a more accessible price than other Champagnes from the same house.
