Description:

In the glass, petal-pink with pale peach highlights, it unfolds its aromatic palette with aromas ranging from white peach to currant, from wild strawberries to citrus, with an ethereal floral note of white flowers and a hint of Provençal herbs. The palate is characterized by a pleasant freshness that spreads gracefully, balanced by a silky texture and impeccable mineral tension. It closes with a clean and defined finish, with hints of fruit and a hint of spice. Excellent as an aperitif or with raw fish dishes such as tuna tartare, fish carpaccio, and ceviche, it also pairs beautifully with summer salads such as the typical salade niçoise or panzanella. Excellent with grilled shellfish, especially scampi and prawns, and try it with typical petits farcis provençaux (stuffed vegetables) and pistou, a Provençal variant of pesto.

Produced in the Saint-Tropez area, where the maritime influence, tempered by the protected hills, creates ideal conditions for Mediterranean grape varieties. Vinification involves a very gentle direct pressing followed by low-temperature fermentation to preserve freshness and aromas. Aging takes place primarily in stainless steel, with a small portion in concrete vats, which imparts complexity and structure. The elegant bottle design has become iconic, contributing to this rosé's success on international markets.
