Description:
It has a bright straw yellow color with greenish highlights and a fine, persistent perlage. The nose opens with floral notes of white flowers, followed by hints of pear, apple, and citrus, with a subtle touch of vanilla and brioche. On the palate, it is fresh and elegant, with a lovely effervescence and a perfect balance of fruit and minerality, concluding with a long, harmonious finish.
Perrier-Jouët was founded in 1811 in Epernay, from the marriage of cork manufacturer Pierre-Nicolas Perrier and Adele Jouët. The house made champagne history, having been among the first to produce a brut champagne in 1854. It stands out for the elegance of its wines and the significant presence of Chardonnay in its blends, an expression of the prestigious vineyards the house owns, primarily in the Côte des Blancs.
