Description:

It presents itself in the glass with a luminous, deep yellow color with golden highlights, enhanced by an extremely fine and persistent perlage. On the nose, it develops an evocative and intense bouquet of rare complexity, where yeasty notes harmoniously intertwine with herbaceous and aromatic notes, evolving into delicate nuances of vanilla, bread crust, and acacia honey, enriched with hints of a wide variety of white flowers. On the palate, it is sleek and refined, characterized by great personality and character, supported by a satisfying saline note and a perfectly integrated freshness that makes it exciting to drink. Its originality and remarkable gastronomic versatility make it a must-have sparkling wine, ideal as an aperitif or to accompany raw fish, shellfish, and delicate dishes.

Domaine Pierre Frick is one of the most respected wineries in Alsace, with 12 generations of ties to the terroir and today managed by Jean-Pierre and Chantal Frick. A pioneer of natural wine in France, Pierre Frick has inspired many producers around the world and is known for his sulfites-free Rieslings, macerated Pinot Gris, and magnificent Crémants. The estate converted to organic farming in 1970 and to biodynamics in 1981, when this practice was still considered esoteric, demonstrating a farsighted and visionary approach. The Crémant comes from vineyards located in the "Rot Murlé" area on iron-rich limestone soils. The winemaking process strictly follows biodynamic principles, with spontaneous alcoholic fermentation and a second fermentation in the bottle, typical of the classic method, followed by aging for 12 months on its lees before release.
