Description:

A brilliant golden yellow, the nose combines the fruity aromas of apple and apricot, typical of Pinot Meunier, with the floral freshness (especially elderflower) of Chardonnay. The bouquet is then expanded with nuances of almond and hazelnut, coriander seeds, and butter biscuits. With a good structure, thanks to the predominance of Pinot Noir, it is rounded and extremely harmonious, with a long finish, and sweet notes of yellow fruit and plums.

A blend of 40 to 50 crus from the terroirs of the Côte des Blancs and Montagne de Reims, including a generous 20% reserve from harvests of different years, it is excellent paired with seasonal vegetables and cheeses. For nearly 300 years, a recipe has been recreated year after year to "perpetuate its flavor, adding a touch of modernity and innovation."
