On the palate, it reveals a substantial yet balanced structure, with a lovely creaminess supported by a vibrant freshness that develops into a long, complex finish, where fruity notes return alongside an elegant minerality.

This champagne comes from the finest Grand Cru vineyards in Ambonnay, where the Secondé-Simon family has passionately cultivated their vines for generations. The Melodie cuvée represents the house's most refined expression, with a predominance of Pinot Noir that lends structure and character, perfectly balanced by the elegance of Chardonnay.
