It features a brilliant golden color with straw-yellow highlights, enhanced by a beautiful, very fine and persistent perlage. Refined on the nose, characterized by fresh notes of lemon zest that open to delicate floral nuances, the palate finds its perfect balance between predominantly floral vivacity and the finesse of white fruit aromas, supported by a pleasant minerality and well-balanced acidity that lend a certain elegant freshness. The palate is fresh and lively, culminating in a lovely, persistent finish that highlights the character of the Burgundian terroir. Excellent as an aperitif, it also pairs beautifully with light appetizers, raw and cooked seafood, fresh cheeses, and delicate fish-based dishes.
