It features a beautiful straw yellow tending towards golden, with intense aromas of hawthorn and acacia, and fresh yellow and red fruits, along with notes of crusty bread. The palate is creamy, structured, and very harmonious, with a savory character that makes it the perfect accompaniment not only to fish and cheese dishes, but also to Asian and boldly spicy dishes. Elegant even in its effervescence, it confirms itself as a wine of great refinement.

A true highlight of the house, its grapes come from 15 distinct crus, including 11 Grand and Premier Crus. It reaches full maturity after 6 years of cellaring. It is sold in its original case.
