Bright yellow with coppery highlights, the nose releases aromas of ripe pear, tropical fruit, and notes of dried herbs. The palate is smooth, well-structured, with a mineral, savory, and slightly almondy finish. Excellent with Friulian frico, San Daniele prosciutto, wild herb risotto, and grilled fish.

Roncaia is a Friulian excellence founded to showcase the crus of the Colli Orientali, with vineyards on Eocene marl ideal for aromatic complexity. The Pinot Grigio is vinified with skin maceration and fermentation in French oak barrels, where it ages on the lees for 10 months.
