Produced exclusively with select Moscato d'Asti pomace from the 2016 harvest, in the Berta family's historic copper pot stills, using a direct steam process that lasts approximately four hours for each batch, maximizing the varietal aromas. Aged for at least seven years in 225-liter oak barrels, stored in the distillery's characteristic underground cellars, where the temperature and humidity are naturally constant year-round. The typical Moscato aromas blend with hints of vanilla, caramel, and sweet spices derived from aging, while on the palate it displays a substantial yet very smooth and balanced structure.
