Contemporary gin produced by the Holyrood Distillery in the heart of Edinburgh, named after the ancient Gaelic name of Arthur's Seat, the volcanic hill overlooking the city (“Àrd-na-Said” or “Height of Arrows”) – by historic local whisky producers.

This gin stands out for its minimalist approach, using only seven carefully selected botanicals, with a strong focus on the highest-quality juniper combined with beeswax and sea salt. Distillation takes place in a custom copper still, using a cold maceration technique that extracts the most delicate and refined essential oils from the botanicals. The production process was designed to enhance the pure and crystalline notes of juniper, carefully reducing the use of complementary botanicals, creating a gin that distances itself from contemporary, more floral or fruity trends, returning to the pure essence of this spirit.
