An innovative gin produced in the remote hills of Northumberland, born from the collaboration between distiller Chris Garden, bartender Nick Strangeway, and chef Valentine Warner. This gin's distinctive feature lies in its revolutionary "Triple Technique" process: in addition to traditional copper pot still distillation, it uses a vacuum distillation system for the more delicate botanicals and a CO₂ extraction process for the green juniper (hand-harvested in the hills surrounding the distillery, where it has grown wild for centuries). Other botanicals include Douglas fir bark, elderberry, blackcurrant, and raspberry, all locally sourced, for an exceptionally fresh and lively flavor profile.
