Description:

With an extremely fine perlage, it offers a bouquet of ripe fruit, hazelnuts and citrus fruits on the nose. On the palate it maintains great grace and elegance despite the long maturation on the lees. Overall, it remains exceptionally structured and of great complexity and longevity.

The Bellavista winery's flagship wine and a tribute to its founder, Vittorio Moretti, it is produced only in ideal vintages, with the most carefully selected Chardonnay and Pinot Noir (almost equal parts) from the finest Franciacorta crus among the historic estate's more than 190 vineyards. After seven years of bottle aging on the lees, it is disgorged, meaning the removal of the cork containing the lees and the closure with the traditional cork and wire cage.
