Description:

A deep straw yellow in color with elegant golden highlights, it opens on the nose with a refined and elegant bouquet that ranges from fruity notes of Williams pear, white peach, and Golden Delicious apple to delicate floral notes of jasmine and lily of the valley, enriched by a subtle touch of spice that lends refinement and complexity. On the palate, it presents a delicate entry that gradually opens up, filling the mouth with all its complex vivacity, supported by a pronounced minerality and savory character derived from the glacial soils.

Produced from mature vineyards located at 250 meters above sea level on ancient soils shaped by glaciers and the Sarca River, composed of gravelly and sandy deposits that give the wine its characteristic minerality. The vinification process is particularly complex: after gentle pressing, the must is divided between stainless steel for cold maceration, terracotta amphorae for 7 months in contact with the skins, and small French oak barrels for malolactic fermentation. The wines are then blended and further aged in stainless steel for over 10 months, followed by several months in bottle. Ideal with white fish carpaccio, shellfish crudités, delicate white meats, and truffle risotto. Aging potential of 5-7 years.
