Description:

A very deep straw yellow in color, the nose opens with a typical bouquet of almond and honey, combined with pleasant nuances of dried apricot and hints of white flowers. On the palate, it is fresh, persistent, and even more acidic, with bold notes of dried fruit combined with a good minerality that balances its medium body. Excellent paired with fish dishes, even those with a strong flavor, such as stockfish and mixed fried fish, as well as Ligurian-style rabbit, vegetarian dishes, and medium-aged cheeses.

Since its first bottling in 1977, the winery has always demonstrated its great respect for the unique characteristics of the environment, without any interpretations, and in 2021 it obtained organic certification. This Vermentino ages for approximately 5-6 months in stainless steel before a final month of bottle aging.
