Description:
A typical Ligurian white wine, it fully expresses the characteristics of the Pigato grape and its terroir. On the nose, it presents notes of Mediterranean herbs, from broom to basil, citrus, yellow peach, and a characteristic mineral and saline note. On the palate, it is fresh and savory, with a good structure and a persistent aroma typical of the grape. Excellent paired with linguine with pesto and baked sea bass (generally ideal with grilled fish), minestrone soup, and grilled and stuffed vegetables.
Founded in the late 1960s, the winery has been led by the new generation since the 1990s, successfully combining the family's longstanding passion with technological innovation, making its wines highly regarded both in Italy and abroad. Initial temperature-controlled fermentation in steel tanks is followed by brief bottle aging. It can be aged for up to 10 years.
