Description:

Straw yellow in color with greenish highlights, it expresses the typical Mediterranean notes of Pigato on the nose, with hints of wildflowers, including elderberry and wisteria, white peach, aromatic herbs such as sage and thyme, and a characteristic saline note, with a light balsamic aftertaste of anise. On the palate, it is fresh and savory, with good structure and a lingering finish on mineral notes. Excellent with all types of fish and shellfish, even raw.

Their daughter Marta has now completely revolutionized the production philosophy, striving to create labels with an ancient spirit. This is also true literally, as the label for this Pigato was created by her grandmother, a talented stylist and pattern maker, for a wine that Marta has chosen to dedicate specifically to all women and their indomitable spirit.
