Description:

Bright straw yellow in color with characteristic greenish highlights, it offers an intense bouquet of Mediterranean herbs, broom flowers, citrus, toasted hazelnut, and a pronounced minerality. On the palate, it is fresh and savory, with the medium body typical of Pigato, characterized by a balance between smoothness and marine flavor.

The La Ginestraia winery, located in the hills of Cervo, produces this Pigato from terraced vineyards overlooking the sea, where the sea breeze and mineral-rich soils give the wine its characteristic flavor. Vinification takes place in stainless steel at a controlled temperature to preserve the varietal aromas.
