Description:

Straw yellow in color with greenish highlights, it offers an elegant bouquet of white flowers, citrus, and Mediterranean herbs on the nose, with a distinct mineral and saline note. On the palate, it is fresh and savory, with a good structure and a lingering citrus finish.

Like the Pigato, this Vermentino also comes from the terraced vineyards of La Ginestraia overlooking the sea in Cervo, where the sea breeze and mineral-rich soils give the wine its characteristic flavor. Vinification takes place in stainless steel at a controlled temperature to preserve the freshness and varietal aromas.
